Analysis of Success Factors:
Seoul Milk attributes its success to a premium product strategy based on high-quality domestic raw milk. In particular, the 'A2+ Milk,' launched in April of last year, a premium milk containing only A2 protein, received a great response from consumers.
A2+ Milk: Separately collected from cows with A2 protein genetic traits, employing a 4-step A2 inspection and EFL method.
High-Quality Strategy: Utilizing the highest quality raw milk with somatic cell count grade 1 and bacterial count grade 1A.
