SEOUL —  Khayullo Bozorov, Governor of the Fergana Region in Uzbekistan, led a corporate delegation of approximately 50 members on an official visit to the R&D Center of AHA Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ: 102950), a prominent South Korean edtech and high-tech company led by Chairman Koo Ki-do, located in Magok-dong, Gangseo-gu, Seoul. The visit, held on September 10, aimed to strengthen practical economic cooperation between South Korea and Uzbekistan, facilitate import-export consultations with leading South Korean enterprises, and build robust global partnerships. 

The delegation kicked off their schedule at 10:00 AM with a high-level business meeting and export-import consultation session on the 7th floor of the AHA R&D Center. Representatives and executives from AHA and several other prominent South Korean corporations participated to discuss mutual collaboration strategies and market expansion opportunities.

This visit garnered significant attention as it coincided with a crucial milestone for AHA's overseas expansion. AHA is currently finalizing production line setups following the successful completion of exterior construction for its massive manufacturing base in Fergana, Uzbekistan. Spanning 3.61 hectares (approx. 11,000 pyeong) within the region's industrial hub, the "AHA-U" production facility is poised to serve as a vital strategic stronghold for capturing Central Asian and Eastern European markets. With the plant progressing smoothly toward full-scale operations, the latest diplomatic and corporate interactions are expected to inject substantial momentum into local manufacturing and supply chain integration.

Later in the afternoon, Jin Gyoo-hoon, Mayor of Gangseo-gu, joined the delegation and corporate leaders for in-depth discussions focused on fostering regional friendship, municipal exchange, and active economic diplomacy.

Following the official itinerary, the Uzbek delegation toured Magok’s cutting-edge urban and technological infrastructure. They visited the headquarters of EXEM, a leading AI-based IT total performance management enterprise, and the LG Innovation Hall. These site visits allowed the delegates to experience firsthand South Korea's advanced IT capabilities and innovative technology development environments.

The official visit by Governor Khayullo Bozorov and his delegation marks a pivotal turning point in driving industrial and technological co-growth between South Korea and Uzbekistan, while establishing a successful benchmark for private sector globalization.
