SEOUL, South Korea – Samsung Electronics' groundbreaking home appliances, the Bespoke AI Combo all-in-one washer and dryer and the premium OLED TV, have simultaneously clinched the prestigious "Most Innovative" awards for 2025 from Canstar Blue, a leading Australian consumer review institution. This dual recognition underscores Samsung's exceptional technological capabilities and high levels of consumer satisfaction in the global market.

Canstar Blue annually evaluates over 1,800 brands across more than 300 product and service categories, assessing innovation, customer satisfaction, and reliability to identify top performers. The "Most Innovative" award, in particular, honors products or services launched within the past year that demonstrate outstanding innovation, user convenience, accessibility, and value – factors significantly influencing consumer purchasing decisions. Samsung's latest achievement highlights its commitment to innovative technology and consumer-centric design.

Regarding the Bespoke AI Combo, Canstar Blue lauded its "outstanding performance in terms of time savings and energy efficiency compared to other products." They further noted that it "provides a highly practical solution for consumers seeking excellent washing performance while maximizing space efficiency." The integration of both washing and drying functionalities into a single unit, coupled with AI-powered personalized laundry features for efficient time and energy management, were key factors in its high evaluation.

Samsung's OLED TV also received high praise for its innovative technology. Canstar Blue specifically highlighted the "Glare Free" technology, stating that it "helps users utilize their TV more diversely, even in bright environments." They added, "It is particularly impressive in Australia, where home environments can be very bright, that it minimizes screen reflections while still delivering vivid brightness and detail." The Glare Free technology's ability to reduce light reflection, enhance viewing immersion, and provide clear picture quality even under bright sunlight resonated strongly with the Australian consumer lifestyle.

The Bespoke AI Combo has already achieved remarkable success in the domestic South Korean market, surpassing 100,000 units in cumulative sales within a year of its launch, with an average daily sales rate exceeding 230 units. Building on this domestic success, Samsung expanded its global reach in the latter half of last year to major markets in Central and South America, Southeast Asia, Southwest Asia, the Middle East, and Europe, further solidifying its position in the global home appliance market. This latest recognition from Canstar Blue is expected to positively impact its ongoing global expansion.

Samsung's simultaneous win of the Canstar Blue "Most Innovative" awards signifies more than just product excellence; it reflects the company's continuous dedication to developing consumer-focused innovative technologies. Notably, both the Bespoke AI Combo and the OLED TV cater to distinct consumer needs – space efficiency and maximized viewing experience, respectively – while also incorporating AI-powered smart features and eco-friendly energy efficiency.

Industry experts view Samsung's achievement as "a reaffirmation of Samsung's leadership in driving technological innovation in the global home appliance market." They further emphasized the significance of the awards, noting that "the Australian market is known for its discerning consumer standards and competitive landscape." They also predict that "the successful market establishment and consecutive awards for the Bespoke AI Combo and OLED TV indicate that Samsung has secured core technologies that will lead the future home appliance market."

Moving forward, Samsung plans to accelerate the development of innovative products that leverage advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things (IoT) to further enhance the convenience and richness of consumers' lifestyles. This recognition from Canstar Blue is expected to strengthen the company's brand image in the global market and foster continued growth based on consumer trust. In particular, Samsung aims to build upon the success of the Bespoke AI Combo and OLED TV by introducing innovative technologies and designs across its other premium home appliance lines, thereby expanding its global market share.
