Sales of local agricultural products boosted through 'Chungnam Ogam'... Special sales at 304 Lotte Mart and Super stores.

Chungnam Province has partnered with Lotte Mart to expand sales channels for its excellent local agricultural products.

The province announced on the 27th that it will hold a promotional event for three local agricultural products at 304 Lotte Mart and Super stores nationwide until next month's 2nd.

This event aims to introduce the superior quality of the province's agricultural products to consumers nationwide through a large distribution network, promote their excellence, and strengthen distribution cooperation.

The promotional items are garlic (Hongseong, Taean), tomatoes (Yesan), and green onions (Yesan), and will be sold at discounted prices to boost consumption of seasonal agricultural products.

Specifically, △Hongseong Seobu Nonghyup garlic (30 count/mesh bag) and Taean Jogong Corporation garlic (50 count/mesh bag) will be 10% off; △Yesan Nonghyup tomatoes (1kg/box) will be 15% off; and △Yesan Nonghyup green onions (200g/bag) will be 10% off.

Lotte Mart, the largest distributor of Chungnam agricultural products, will support new supply of garlic from Taean and Yesan Nonghyup tomatoes through this promotional event. The province expects these items to be continuously supplied after this event.

The province plans to continue discussions with large distributors regarding promotional event schedules and will consistently work to activate sales of local agricultural products.

A provincial official stated, "Through this event, we will do our best to widely promote the excellent quality and taste of Chungnam agricultural products, increase the income of local farmers, and ensure that excellent local agricultural products can continuously meet consumers nationwide."
