Additionally, as of the public announcement date of July 14th, candidates must have resided in Bucheon City for at least three years or be affiliated with institutions, organizations, or businesses located in Bucheon City. This clearly specifies that the awards are for those who have directly contributed to the cultural and artistic development of Bucheon City.
Nominations are possible through various channels. Heads of relevant organizations, educational institutions, and cultural and artistic organizations in the city can make recommendations, and nominations are also accepted through the joint signatures of 30 or more Bucheon citizens aged 18 or older.
