
Nonghyup Food announced on February 7th the launch of two new rice noodle products, "Nonghyup Rice Noodles," made with domestic Korean rice. 1 The two flavors are "Green Onion Gomtang" and "Anchovy."
The Green Onion Gomtang Rice Noodles feature a green onion block and Hanwoo beef bone broth, offering a rich and savory flavor. The Anchovy Rice Noodles use Korean anchovy powder to create a refreshing and clean broth. The noodles are soft and not fried in oil, making them easy to digest.
These products are available for purchase on Nonghyup Food's Naver Smart Store. To celebrate the launch, the company is offering a discount of up to 20% until the end of this month.
"We have launched rice noodles that can replace imported wheat flour in collaboration with the Nonghyup Food R&D Center," said CEO Lee Bang-hyun. "We will continue to develop various products that suit consumers' tastes and take the lead in promoting the consumption of domestic rice."
