Cheongpa EMT, a specialized educational equipment company in the fields of electrical, electronics, communications, and automatic control, is actively providing technical support for training skilled professionals from multicultural families in Korea, setting a commendable example for society. They have generously donated advanced 3D virtual simulation software to Korea Polytechnics Dasom High School, offering unwavering support to multicultural youth so they can safely and effectively acquire electrical skills and obtain certifications.

Special Donation for Multicultural Youth 

On July 11, Cheongpa EMT held a donation ceremony at Korea Polytechnics Dasom High School in Jecheon, Chungcheongbuk-do, for 'XR PLEX 2.0,' a 3D virtual simulation software for electrical technician training. The donated items, including the software and practical textbooks, totaled 19 sets, valued at 42 million won. Cheongpa EMT also plans to conduct training sessions for Dasom High School teachers on how to utilize the software in July.

Cheongpa EMT's donation aims to provide practical assistance to Dasom High School students in their electrical technology training and certification acquisition. This educational virtual simulation software, which incorporates the latest XR 3D technology, is expected to maximize the efficiency of theoretical learning and practical training.

XR PLEX 2.0: A Safe and Effective Learning Tool 

Kim Jin-sun, CEO of Cheongpa EMT, a Doctor of Engineering, an Excellent Skilled Professional, and Vice President of the Korean Masters' Association, spearheaded this donation based on his deep understanding of technical education. CEO Kim emphasized, "Utilizing educational virtual simulation software and textbooks can enhance theoretical learning and training outcomes. Virtual practice prevents electrical accidents, ensuring student safety and improving the efficiency of educational training."

The donated XR PLEX is a simulation software that allows students to learn electrical sequence circuits, electrical circuits for obtaining electrical technician certification, and wiring construction practices through both in-person and non-face-to-face methods. This software is designed to allow learners to place electrical components created with 3D, VR/AR technology and directly wire circuits for simulation. This helps learners improve their understanding of electrical equipment components and operational circuit diagrams (sequence diagrams), and gain various knowledge and experience necessary for practical exam preparation.

XR PLEX also provides an environment identical to actual exam settings through past questions, free wiring, and dynamic learning functions, enabling more effective education. It is particularly valuable as non-face-to-face practical training equipment, as virtual simulation is possible even on a computer, not just in a practice room. This provides an environment where learning can occur anytime, without spatial constraints, aligning with the educational trends of the post-COVID-19 era.

Korea Polytechnics Dasom High School: A Cradle for Technical Education of Multicultural Youth 

Korea Polytechnics Dasom High School, where this donation took place, is a specialized high school established by Korea Polytechnics University in 2012 to teach technical skills to children from multicultural families and foreign children with immigrant backgrounds (overseas Koreans, permanent residents, recognized refugees). Located on the premises of Korea Polytechnics IV University's Jecheon Campus in Gangje-dong, Jecheon-si, Chungcheongbuk-do, it provides vocational technical education to help multicultural youth stably settle and become independent in Korean society.

Beyond electrical technology, Dasom High School offers vocational education in various fields, playing a crucial role in helping multicultural youth grow as integral members of society. Cheongpa EMT's donation is expected to create significant synergy in achieving Dasom High School's educational goals.
