The survey, which analyzed over 230,000 online sources including news articles, blogs, and social media posts, found that Hyundai Construction garnered the most mentions in relation to customer-centric initiatives. The company secured 948 postings, followed closely by Samsung C&T’s construction division with 927 and Lotte Construction with 817.
Other major builders such as GS Construction, SK ecoplant, and Daewoo Construction also demonstrated a notable focus on customer management, albeit at lower levels. The overall number of postings related to customer management among the top 12 construction companies increased by 20.9% compared to the same period last year, signaling a growing industry-wide emphasis on customer satisfaction.
