Bucheon City announced that it will hold the "53rd Citizens' Day Commemorative Ceremony and Citizens' Concert" on October 1st at 6:00 PM at the City Hall Lawn Plaza, bringing together citizens, national, provincial, and municipal assembly members, as well as heads of organizations and institutions.

This event is designed to celebrate Citizens' Day alongside the community and share Bucheon's future vision, proceeding in two parts: Part 1, the commemorative ceremony, and Part 2, the citizens' concert.

Part 1 will begin with a pre-ceremony performance by the Bucheon Civic Chorale, followed by the reading of the Citizens' Charter, the presentation of the 3rd Citizens' Awards and 4th Culture and Arts Awards, commemorative speeches and congratulatory remarks, the screening of a commemorative video, a vision proclamation, and the singing of the Citizens' Day song.

Notably, under the theme "Greater+Expectations, Greater+Future," the vision proclamation will present Bucheon's future vision packed with the hopes of its citizens, sharing the direction the city will take moving forward with the public.

Part 2, the citizens' concert, will be hosted by singer and musical actor Enoch, who serves as the promotional ambassador for Bucheon City. Artists including Jo A-seo, Crying Nut, Koyote, and Jin Sung will take the stage one after another to deliver various performances celebrating Citizens' Day, adding to the festive atmosphere.

Bucheon Mayor Cho Yong-ik stated, "Citizens' Day is a day where the citizens who have achieved Bucheon's development together take center stage," adding, "I hope this event will be a meaningful time for all citizens to enjoy together, share each other's hearts, and think about Bucheon's future as one."
