Ulsan Businesses Discuss Participation in Post-War Reconstruction of Ukraine

The Ulsan Chamber of Commerce and Industry announced on February 25th that it had discussed ways for Ulsan-based companies to participate in the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine with the Korea-Ukraine New Building Association. The discussion, hosted by the 6223 Future Forum, was organized to find ways for Ulsan companies to actively participate in the reconstruction of Ukraine.
The Korea-Ukraine New Building Association is a non-profit organization representing the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine, and is committed to building global governance for humanitarian support and post-war reconstruction between Ukraine and Korea. In this meeting, the two organizations discussed ways for Ulsan companies to cooperate in various fields such as rebuilding Ukraine's infrastructure, building war refugee facilities, and smart farm projects.
The Ulsan Chamber of Commerce and Industry aims to provide opportunities for local companies in Ulsan to open up new markets and strengthen their global competitiveness by participating in the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine through this agreement. It is expected that Ulsan companies will be able to contribute to the mutual development of the two countries by actively exchanging technology and human resources through participation in the Ukrainian reconstruction project.
Lee Yoon-cheol, Chairman of the Ulsan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, said, "The participation of Ulsan companies in the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine will further strengthen economic cooperation between the two countries."
