IGUAZU, Paraguay – Raimundo Yano, President of the United Agricultural Enterprises (UEA), emphasized the importance of cooperation and shared vision for the development of Paraguayan agriculture at the opening ceremony of the innovative agricultural fair, Innovar Feria Agropecuaria, held in Iguazu. He argued that the cooperation and efforts of the entrepreneurs who established the fair led to agricultural development, and Paraguay should follow this cooperative model.
President Yano stressed that Paraguay needs leaders who are committed to meeting the true needs of the nation, including education, health, infrastructure, and security. He cited the establishment of the United Agricultural Enterprises (UEA) as a prime example of cooperation and shared vision, explaining that the companies joined forces to achieve common goals when it was founded in 2017.
"This union demonstrates that significant achievements can be made when patriotism is prioritized over individual interests," said President Yano.
The opening ceremony of the fair was attended by Carlos Giménez, Minister of Agriculture and Livestock; César Landi Torres, Governor; representatives of other government agencies; cooperatives; and some members of Congress.
