Opened four years after the establishment of the CCPA, the Roosevelt Library has played a pivotal role in promoting a reading culture and enhancing information accessibility within the local community through its extensive collection and diverse cultural activities from its early days. While actively responding to the changes of the times by expanding digital resources and strengthening online services in line with technological advancements, the library has steadfastly fulfilled its inherent role as a venue for knowledge dissemination and cultural exchange.

Over its nearly 80-year history, the Roosevelt Library has played a decisive role in producing numerous readers, researchers, and experts. Furthermore, as a regional coordination center for the 'American Space,' supported by the U.S. Department of State through the U.S. Embassy in Paraguay, it plays a central role in planning and executing various educational and cultural projects.
