The primary eligibility criteria include adult residents (aged 19 and above) of Chungnam Province who fall into one of the following categories: low-income individuals, registered persons with disabilities, senior citizens, or individuals intending to enroll in digital skills-related lifelong education courses. To accommodate residents who may face challenges with online applications, Chungnam Province will also operate physical application centers across its various cities and counties.
