ASUNCIÓN – Altius Group, a leading real estate development company in Paraguay, is accelerating urban development with the official announcement of 'MORE PLAZA,' a new mixed-use development project poised to become a landmark in downtown Asunción.

On April 22nd, Altius Group successfully held a special launch event for key partners, real estate industry professionals, media, clients, and special invitees. MORE PLAZA, unveiled at the event, is strategically located opposite Shopping del Sol, at the intersection of Ntra. Sra. del Carmen Street and César López Moreira Street.

MORE PLAZA presents a new urban model through its mixed-use development, integrating residential, office, and commercial facilities. The project aims to be integrated, vibrant, and harmonious with nature. It will be constructed with a total of 12 floors, with three underground levels dedicated to parking. The ground floor will house various commercial establishments, and separate office and residential buildings with independent entrances will be created. All these spaces will be connected by an open plaza (PLAZA), expected to become a new hub for living, working, and socializing. Notably, the 12th rooftop will feature a diverse range of amenities, including a swimming pool, fitness center, two barbecue areas, a multi-purpose hall, solarium, large kids' room, changing rooms, sauna, and yoga room.

The architectural design of MORE PLAZA is led by architect Julia Galanti, while the exterior, plaza, amenities, and common area designs are handled by Uruguayan architectural studio Gómez Platero. The landscape design of the plaza will be overseen by renowned landscape designer Graciela Bo, aiming to create a nature-friendly space.

The official launch event offered a variety of sensory experiences aligned with the project's concept. Organized by Jessica Miralles' team, the event was decorated with a beautiful nature-inspired atmosphere, featuring various interactive exhibits and beverage stations. High-quality catering services were provided by Talleyrand, and DJ The Bantu enhanced the outdoor event's ambiance with his unique Afro-house music style.

The event included a video showcasing the growth of Altius Group Paraguay and a project introduction presentation. Andrea Benitez hosted the event, and Francisco Jorge, CEO of Altius Group Paraguay, along with Emanuel Oviedo, Head of Commercialization for the project and representative of Keller Williams Paraguay, explained the project's vision and value.

Through the unveiling of the MORE PLAZA project, Altius Group reaffirms its ongoing investment and commitment to urban development in Asunción, further solidifying its position as a leading high-quality real estate developer in the region. MORE PLAZA is anticipated to be more than just a building; it is expected to become a central space for creating new lifestyles and urban culture.
