San Juan, Puerto Rico – Avon products are set to make a triumphant return to the Puerto Rican market, announced Luis Garratón Inc. LLC, a leading distributor in the territory.
In a press release, the company detailed a new partnership with Avon to distribute their products across pharmacies, supermarkets, and multinational chains throughout the island.
"As a leading distributor of health, beauty, and other products in the Puerto Rican market, we are incredibly proud to be part of Avon's history and legacy on our island," said Orlando Pinero Cruz, Executive Vice President of Luis Garratón LLC. "We have witnessed the enthusiasm expressed by our employees, retailers, and communities. While developing this new model is very satisfying, the ability to make Avon products more accessible to Puerto Rican households is priceless."
Avon's diverse product line will be reintroduced in phases, beginning with the popular Roll-On deodorants, a long-standing staple in many households. Other skincare, fragrance, and personal care items will also be gradually introduced.
Through Avon's partnership with South Korea's beauty leader, LG H&H, the Puerto Rican market will also gain access to innovative and trendy products in skincare, personal care, and hair care categories.
"As we continue to evolve and adapt, we are excited to reconnect with our valued customers in Puerto Rico," said Liza Maldonado, Sales Director for Avon North America. "Avon has always been a trusted brand, synonymous with quality and innovation in the beauty world. Together with Luis Garratón, we are ready to embrace new opportunities, celebrate the essence of beauty, and continue to inspire confidence in every corner of the island, as we have proudly done for generations. This is just the beginning of an exciting chapter that reaffirms our commitment to Puerto Rico and its people," she added.
