XION, a leading Layer 1 blockchain designed for consumer applications, today announced the launch of BELIEVATHON, a global startup competition running from November 21st to December 15th.
The competition offers a prize pool of $40,000 and provides participants with the opportunity to network with renowned venture capital firms such as Multicoin, Animoca, and Spartan Group. Winners will also gain access to XION's exclusive accelerator program.
BELIEVATHON features four unique tracks: Pyramid of Faith (focusing on humorous, tech-based challenges), Confession (focusing on zero-knowledge proofs and privacy technologies), Esoterism (covering creative fields such as consumer applications, social, and payments), and Communion (focusing on abstracted interoperability solutions).
The competition aims to empower teams and individuals with innovative ideas to bring their projects to life and provide them with the opportunity to participate in XION's upcoming ACCELERAXION accelerator program.
XION's unique chain abstraction infrastructure is expected to have a significant impact on mainstream consumers, accelerating the adoption of Web3. By providing a differentiated developer experience and fostering innovation, XION aims to attract and nurture developers from both within and outside the industry.
As the first Layer 1 blockchain designed for consumer applications, XION has already proven its stability and competitiveness by attracting over 4 million users and more than 200 integrations during its testnet phase.
Through features such as protocol-level account abstraction, gas-less transactions, and cross-device usage, XION simplifies the user experience and drives the mass adoption of Web3.
