InterBattery 2025 Concludes with Record-Breaking Attendance, Signaling a Battery Super Cycle

Seoul, South Korea – The global battery exhibition, InterBattery 2025, has successfully concluded its three-day event on March 7th, achieving a record-breaking scale. The exhibition, held at Coex in Seoul from March 5th to 7th, featured 688 battery companies from 13 countries and attracted over 77,000 attendees.

CEOs from major Korean battery companies, such as Kim Dong-myung of LG Energy Solution, Choi Joo-sun of Samsung SDI, and Park Ki-soo of SK On, were present to demonstrate their commitment to overcoming industry challenges.
Representatives from the U.S. battery association NAATBatt, state governments from Arizona, Tennessee, and others, as well as delegates from European countries, Japan, Indonesia, and other key battery markets, expressed their desire for collaboration with Korean battery companies.
Notably, Chinese cell manufacturers BYD and EVE participated for the first time, contributing to a total of 79 Chinese companies at the event.
Engaging Programs:The Battery Conference, featuring presentations by executives from LG Energy Solution, Samsung SDI, and SK On, attracted nearly 1,000 attendees.
The Battery Job Fair, aimed at connecting battery companies with potential employees, drew approximately 3,000 participants.
Discussions throughout the exhibition focused on navigating global uncertainties, strengthening supply chains, and preparing for the anticipated "battery super cycle."
