Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance (001450) announced on the 5th that it has expanded the application of its 'Auto Claims AI Voice Guidance System' to cover all claims processing tasks to enhance customer satisfaction. This system automatically provides necessary information to those involved in car accidents through an artificial intelligence (AI) voice bot. Following its industry-first introduction of the system in 2023, Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance has now expanded the service scope along with performance enhancements.
Previously, the AI voice bot guided drivers and victims through the accident processing procedures. However, with the system improvement, the guidance scope now includes estimated insurance payouts, repair costs, and accident processing results. Additionally, direct auto insurance policy renewal is also guided through AI.
An official from Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance's Auto Claims Division stated, "By expanding the scope of car accident guidance with the AI voice bot, we will be able to provide customers with faster and more seamless services."
Meanwhile, Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance is implementing efficient and systematic customer services by applying AI voice bot technology to various business areas such as insurance policy loan services and complete sales monitoring, in addition to auto claims processing.
