From 4,576 Pipes to Fazıl Say... A Spectacular Lineup Filling the "Hall of Acoustics"

At the heart of October is <Sound of BAC, Organ Universe>, held during the Hangeul Day holiday from Friday, October 9 to Saturday, October 10. As the Bucheon Art Center's first festival themed around the pipe organ, it presents programs to see, hear, and experience the pipe organ equipped with 4,576 pipes and 63 stops.

In the main program , organists Choi Soo-young, Kim Hyun-jung, Yang Ha-young, and Park Jun-byeong will serve as docents to convey the charm of the pipe organ. A total of four sessions will be offered entirely free of charge, while on October 10 at 7:00 PM—featuring a collaboration between Jae-Hyuk Cho and ballet—sold out rapidly, raising high expectations. In addition, various programs themed around the pipe organ will take place: a healing space in the small hall titled , where visitors can actually play the organ, and <MUSIC & STITCH>, a workshop experience themed around the organ.

Stages featuring top-tier artists will also fill October. On Sunday, October 4, the Seoul Virtuosi Chamber Orchestra, led by violinist Lee Kyung-sun, will meet Grammy-nominated bandoneonist J.P. Through a written interview, Fazıl Say shared his anticipation, saying, "I have heard a lot about the Bucheon Art Center being a beautiful and modern concert hall with excellent acoustics. It is an honor to perform there."
