MetaNet Group Acquires Singaporean IT Firm Eminet to Accelerate ASEAN Expansion

MetaNet Group, a leading IT solutions provider, announced today the acquisition of Eminet, a Singapore-based IT company specializing in infrastructure and network solutions.
Eminet has a strong presence in Southeast Asia, serving a diverse clientele including global hotel chains, boutique hotels, and large resorts. With its deep understanding of the region's tourism industry, Eminet has established a solid foothold in a key sector of the ASEAN economy.
MetaNet aims to leverage this acquisition to strengthen its strategic position in key ASEAN markets and open up new growth opportunities. The group's multi-cloud and hybrid cloud business unit, MetaNet Platform, will integrate Eminet into its operations. By combining MetaNet Platform's extensive capabilities in cloud, security, applications, and AI with Eminet's local expertise, the group aims to create significant synergies and drive business expansion in the ASEAN region.
MetaNet has been actively pursuing international expansion, recently establishing subsidiaries in the United States and Singapore. The company plans to accelerate its growth as a global IT player through further acquisitions and investments.
