ASUNCIÓN, Paraguay – Real estate development company CIVIS announced its eleventh building project and second high-rise tower tonight. Details of the project can be found below.
Located in the Las Lomas neighborhood, an area with high rental demand, at the intersection of San Martín Street and Agustín Pío Barrios Street, CIVIS’s second high-rise will be erected.
Standing over 150 meters tall, the tower will feature top-tier services and amenities for its residents. Designed with a total area of 1,450 square meters, the intention is for residents to enjoy everything within the complex and not need to venture outside.
In an interview with Gen channel, CIVIS Marketing Manager Mara Soljancic stated, "Our differentiating factor is that we present completely innovative buildings and projects, considering not only the present but also the completion in 36 months, by which time people's needs will be different from today."
The project emphasizes an eco-friendly approach, planning to offer electric scooters and motorcycles to reduce reliance on traditional transportation. It will also boast a long Olympic-sized swimming pool, restaurants, a rooftop space, a multi-purpose area for meditation regardless of religion, a spa, sauna, beauty salon, gym, children’s play area, movie theater, and over 500 square meters of natural elevated parkland (offering an experience akin to living in a rainforest).
When asked about the demand for this type of residential rental, Soljancic responded, "People prioritize quality of life, highly value investment, and want to comfortably relax, dine, and enjoy various amenities within their own space."
CIVIS is currently offering pre-construction investment opportunities, starting at $55,000 for studio apartments. Several housing types are available to suit various lifestyles, including 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, two independent spaces within one apartment, and 3-bedroom duplex penthouses.
Location Advantages: The Las Lomas neighborhood is known as one of Asunción's main residential areas, characterized by upscale housing and convenient infrastructure, resulting in consistently high rental demand. The intersection of San Martín Street and Agustín Pío Barrios Street offers excellent transportation access and is well-served by surrounding commercial and amenity facilities, making it a prime residential environment. Architectural Design Features: The height of over 150 meters suggests a potential new landmark on Asunción’s skyline. Innovative design and the use of high-quality finishes are expected to provide residents with a luxurious and modern living experience. Emphasis on Eco-Friendly Elements: In addition to providing electric scooters and motorcycles, the project may incorporate various eco-friendly features such as energy-efficient design, sustainable building materials, and rainwater harvesting systems. The over 500 square meters of natural elevated parkland will offer a unique space to connect with nature within urban living. Investment Value: Pre-construction investment offers early buyers the opportunity to secure property under favorable conditions. Considering the growth trend of Asunción's real estate market and CIVIS's track record of successful projects, this high-rise is anticipated to hold significant investment value. Contribution to Local Economic Activity: Large-scale construction projects positively impact local economies by creating jobs during the construction phase and potentially attracting new businesses and revitalizing commercial areas upon completion. CIVIS’s new high-rise project is poised to elevate Asunción’s residential landscape, offering an attractive option for those seeking a modern and convenient lifestyle.
