Uhm Jung-hwa said that after fighting thyroid cancer, she experienced weight gain due to hormonal changes and realized the importance of a healthy diet. He said, “I took a blood test a while ago, and the normal cholesterol level was 130, but mine was 105. Hit the absolute lowest point. “My doctor congratulated me on returning to my 20s,” he said proudly.
In the video, Uhm Jung-hwa shared her health care secrets by revealing healthy yet delicious food recipes such as homemade low-sugar seasoned whelk, no-flour green onion pancakes, and stir-fried cabbage. Especially when making stir-fried cabbage, “There is an all-purpose sauce for stir-fried meat. “I was having a hard time due to hormones and gaining weight after thyroid surgery, so my younger brother made vegetable soup and soup with all the sugar removed,” he said, adding that he regained his health with his younger brother’s help.
Uhm Jung-hwa suffered from paralysis of her vocal cords due to her battle with thyroid cancer, but she regained her health with a positive mind and continues to be active. He said, “Sometimes it seems like we just live by the rules,” and said that he is breaking stereotypes about age and living his own healthy life.
