Xiaomi is set to release a new ultra-lightweight wireless vacuum cleaner in the Korean market this coming January. The "Xiaomi Vacuum Cleaner P30" focuses on minimizing both physical weight and financial burden for consumers.
The main body, which includes the core motor and battery, weighs only 860 grams. This lightweight design allows seniors and women to operate the device easily with one hand. Notably, the P30’s launch price in Korea is approximately 30% lower than its global market price (typically $110, or about 160,000 KRW), positioning it in the 90,000 KRW range. Industry analysts suggest this is a strategic move by Xiaomi to prioritize market share expansion in Korea over immediate profitability.
Key specifications include:
Suction Power: Up to 22,000 Pascals (Pa).
Filtration: A 5-stage micron filtration system.
Convenience: One-touch dust emptying and an intuitive LED status indicator.
Battery Life: Up to 45 minutes of use on a single charge.
Charging: Features a USB Type-C port, allowing for easy charging with smartphone chargers.
The product comes with a 2-year after-sales service (AS) guarantee. A Xiaomi representative stated, "The P30 is a wireless vacuum cleaner designed to meet the needs of Korean consumers who feel fatigued by heavy appliances. It will be rolled out sequentially through online and offline channels starting in January."
