Today, the world faces unprecedented uncertainty and crisis. The Global Economic Times cannot suppress its deep concern and indignation over the reality where international cooperation and free trade—collective assets of humanity—are being ruthlessly dismantled by the leader of a single nation. Donald Trump, who assumed the immense power of the U.S. Presidency under the sacred banner of "democracy," is at this very moment shaking the foundations of global peace and the economic order.

Accordingly, the Global Economic Times, in fulfillment of its mission as a member of the press, issues the following stern condemnation:

1. Cease the disregard for international organizations and the destruction of the global trade order. Under the pretext of "America First," the Trump administration is neutralizing international agreements and organizations built over decades. The withdrawal from international bodies without justifiable cause and the imposition of indiscriminate "tariff bombs" are dismantling the free trade system—the backbone of the global economy—and driving workers and consumers worldwide into despair. This is a clear act of economic tyranny that abuses the status of a superpower.

2. Stop the infringement on the sovereignty of other nations and the maneuvers for military intervention. The U.S. must immediately cease its hypocritical behavior of interfering in the internal affairs of other nations through military force while claiming to be a guardian of democracy. The bluster and threats of "military operations" directed at nations like Iran and Colombia are barbaric acts that have no place in modern diplomacy and are criminal ideas that plunge the world into the fear of war.

3. We condemn the ambitions for territorial expansion and irrational diplomatic discourtesy. The absurd remarks regarding the purchase of Greenland, an autonomous territory of the sovereign nation of Denmark, directly defy the common sense of modern international society. An imperialist mindset that views the territory of another nation as a mere object of transaction is a grave threat to the stability of a peaceful global community.

Our Demands:
The U.S. government must cease its disregard for and withdrawal from international organizations and return to the universal international order.
The U.S. must respect the sovereignty of other nations and immediately scrap its hegemonic foreign policies driven by military intimidation.
Stop the arbitrary tyranny and high-handedness practiced behind the mask of democracy, and respect the values of common human prosperity.
The Global Economic Times clearly declares that the arrogance of power cannot obscure justice. We will continue to monitor and criticize through the power of the pen until international peace and economic justice are firmly restored.
