Daejeon, South Korea – The Daejeon Agricultural Technology Center will be hosting a series of educational workshops from January 9th to 15th, aimed at providing farmers and citizens with the latest agricultural techniques and knowledge. The five-day program will cover a wide range of topics, including vegetable cultivation, smart farming, and safety measures.
The workshops, which will be held at the center's small auditorium, are open to all Daejeon residents and farmers. Participants can register on the day of the event.
To help farmers adapt to the evolving agricultural landscape, the center will offer specialized training on various crops such as peppers, garlic, and strawberries. In addition, the workshops will cover essential topics like smart farming technology, crop maintenance, pesticide safety, and the prevention of agricultural fires.
"We hope that these workshops will not only increase public interest in agriculture but also contribute to the growth of farmers' incomes," said a spokesperson for the Daejeon Agricultural Technology Center. "We will continue to develop diverse educational programs to meet the needs of our agricultural community."
