The Chungnam Gwangyeok Women's Saeroil Center (hereinafter referred to as the Chungnam Metropolitan Saeil Center), under the Chungnam Economic Promotion Agency (President Kim Chan-bae), announced that it successfully conducted tailored consulting a total of seven times from March 31st to April 9th to enhance the operations of basic Saeil Centers. This consulting aimed to ensure the stable operation and improve the quality of services at Saeil Centers in cities and counties across Chungnam, providing individualized support tailored to the specific characteristics of each city and county.
The main contents of the consulting included △feedback on business plans and evaluation reports △improvement of vocational education and training course operations △measures for post-employment follow-up management △strengthening cooperative relationships with employment and entrepreneurship-related organizations △identification of operational agendas, etc. Participating centers received specific operational improvement plans through this tailored support and were able to establish practical strategies for their future operations.
In particular, this consulting is evaluated as an opportunity to lay a practical foundation for not only enhancing the operational efficiency of each basic Saeil Center but also improving the quality of services. This has enabled the establishment of strategies tailored to the characteristics of each center and is expected to serve as a stepping stone for providing localized employment services.
An official from the Chungnam Economic Promotion Agency stated, "We supported each basic Saeil Center to operate more stably and efficiently through this tailored consulting," and added, "We plan to further strengthen employment services in the Chungnam region through continuous feedback and follow-up support in the future."
