The Chungnam Center for Creative Economy & Innovation (hereinafter referred to as Chungnam CCEI) has announced the recruitment of participating companies for its 2025 CHANGeUP NAVIgation Batch 5 program. The application period will run until 6:00 PM on May 11th, 2025 (Korean Standard Time). This initiative aims to foster the growth of promising technology startups within the Chungnam region and beyond.

The core objective of this batch program is to guide early-stage ventures in achieving Product-Market Fit (PMF). To this end, the program will place significant emphasis on accelerating the development of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and implementing a rapid, iterative validation process based on real user feedback. Approximately ten companies will be selected to participate in the six-month program, which is scheduled to run from July to December 2025.

Throughout the program duration, selected startups will benefit from intensive, one-on-one mentoring provided by seasoned professionals specializing in various aspects of business development and PMF attainment. Participating companies will undergo bi-monthly progress review sessions, offering a platform to assess their business traction and collaboratively refine their growth strategies. Notably, companies demonstrating exceptional performance during the program will be presented with direct investment opportunities from Chungnam CCEI and potential recommendations for the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises and Startups Agency (MSS)-backed TIPS (Tech Incubator Program for Startup) program, a highly competitive and prestigious seed funding initiative in South Korea.
