Paraguayan Opposition Parties Announce Large-Scale Joint Protest on March 26th

Major opposition parties in Paraguay have announced that they will hold a large-scale joint protest on March 26th at 6:30 PM, from Uruguay Square in Asunción to the National Pantheon of Heroes, in protest against the government's misrule.
This protest, under the slogan "United for Paraguay (Unidos por el Paraguay)," is a joint decision made by opposition leaders after several meetings and discussions.
On March 13th, at a press conference held in front of Asunción City Hall, Miguel "Tito" Saguier of the Authentic Radical Liberal Party (PLRA), Hermo Rodríguez, Secretary-General of the Partido Paraguay Pyahura (PPP), and Rocío Vallejo, representative of the Beloved Fatherland Party (PPQ), announced the details of the protest.
Opposition leaders argued that the current government is violating the basic rights of the people in various areas such as health, education, land issues, and instability in the labor market, and planned this protest as a sign of protest. They appealed, "Citizens must come forward to express the injustice that the Paraguayan people are experiencing on the streets."
"United for Paraguay" emphasized that it is an appeal to all political parties seeking to substantially change the current situation and a call to the people to join the struggle to change this reality.
