Bucheon City announced on the 8th that Taejoo Solution Co., Ltd., a local electronic circuit (PCB) specialized company, donated 1,200 kg of rice (120 sacks of 10kg each, worth approximately 3.6 million won) to child welfare facilities in the city on the 7th, in celebration of the 60th anniversary of the establishment of the Pearl S. Buck Foundation of Korea (Chairman Ryu Jin).
The donated rice will be distributed, with two sacks going to each of the 57 local children's centers and one sack to each of the 6 group homes in the city. Additionally, the city will prepare various support measures and realize the value of win-win coexistence with the local community.
