Cheonan City announced on the 1st that it is recruiting participants for the 'Healthy 100 Years! Exercise Class' until April 4th.
The Cheongsu Health and Wellness Support Center in Cheonan City's Dongnam-gu Public Health Center has been operating health promotion programs for residents in partnership with the National Health Insurance Service Cheonan Branch since 2023.
As residents' demand for the program has increased, the operating period and frequency have been extended this year. The program will run twice a week for a total of 30 sessions from April 14th to November 26th.
Those wishing to participate in the program can apply by visiting the Cheongsu Health and Wellness Support Center.
Director Lee Hyun-ki said, "We hope many people will participate in the Healthy 100 Years Exercise Class as it can improve physical health and prevent chronic diseases. We will continue to provide various health programs to improve the quality of life for our citizens."
