Disney Cruise Line's highly anticipated Asia cruise, the Disney Adventure, has experienced an unprecedented surge in bookings since its launch on December 10.
The 200,000-ton cruise ship is set to make its maiden voyage from Singapore on December 15, 2025, offering 3, 4, and 5-night itineraries. Despite being a "cruise to nowhere" with no port calls, the Disney Adventure has captured the hearts of travelers across Asia, particularly families seeking a magical vacation.
The overwhelming demand caused a temporary website crash on the first day of bookings. However, the official Disney cruise sales agent in Korea, Polytrips, reported that bookings quickly normalized afterward. Prices for an inside cabin start at $478.95 for a 3-night cruise, while ocean-view, balcony, and concierge-level cabins are also available. Notably, bookings for 2026 voyages are offering more competitive rates compared to the inaugural sailings in December and March.
Polytrips, the exclusive authorized seller of Disney cruises in Korea, offers real-time booking in Korean, making it convenient for local customers. To secure a booking, customers are required to pay a 15% deposit, with the remaining balance due 110 days before departure.
"We've been overwhelmed by the response from both domestic and international customers," said a representative from Polytrips. "It's clear that Disney's brand and the allure of a Disney cruise continue to captivate audiences." As of now, most inside and ocean-view cabins for January have already been sold out, with availability primarily in balcony and higher-tier categories.
