Polestar, the electric performance car brand, has begun deliveries of its first-ever electric SUV coupe, the Polestar 4, in South Korea.
The Polestar 4 offers a range of up to 511 kilometers on a single charge and starts at 66.9 million won. Despite being a fully online sales brand, Polestar has created unique offline spaces to showcase its brand value. Customers can schedule their vehicle delivery at a preferred time and location.
Polestar provides a premium and personalized delivery experience. Polestar specialists offer a comprehensive 11-step delivery process, including customized vehicle settings, charging guidance, warranty information, and service support.
The company is also offering special programs for customers. For example, a temporary special program is in place to support customers in regions where electric vehicle subsidies have been exhausted.
Additionally, Polestar provides a comprehensive warranty package, including a 5-year or 100,000-kilometer general parts warranty and an 8-year or 160,000-kilometer high-voltage battery warranty. The company also offers complimentary pick-up and delivery service for warranty repairs.
