The "5th Chungnam Hope Dream Sales Exhibition," organized by Chungcheongnam-do to expand market channels for local small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and small business owners while promoting local consumption, kicked off on the 6th at the Great Bridge of Liberation at the Independence Hall of Korea in Cheonan.

Hosted by the provincial government, organized by the Chungnam Economic Promotion Agency and the Independence Hall of Korea, and collaborated with 8 institutions including the Chungnam Regional Small and Medium Venture Business Administration, this sales exhibition will run for three days until the 8th.

This year's exhibition features a total of 121 booths, including 71 SMEs, 28 social economy enterprises, 16 rural convergence enterprises, and 6 experience booths, showcasing excellent products from the province such as food items, household goods, cosmetics, and crafts.

At the venue, visitors can purchase products at up to a 10% discount. Even after the offline exhibition ends, a 30% discount sale will continue through the online shopping mall "Chungnam Nongsarang" (www.nongsarang.co.kr) until the 27th.

In addition, visitors can participate in various experience programs at the event, such as Virtual Reality (VR) experiences by Korea University of Technology and Education, keycap making, drone experiences by Hansung University, and woodcrafting.

Furthermore, convenience for shoppers is enhanced by offering a 10,000-won Onnuri gift certificate refund event for purchases of 50,000 won or more, on-site live commerce, and delivery services.

Chungnam Administrative Vice Governor Hong Jong-wan stated, "I hope the Hope Dream Sales Exhibition leads to substantial sales growth and enhanced brand awareness for local SMEs and small business owners," adding, "We look forward to this becoming a festival where many residents visit and lend strength to the local economy."

Meanwhile, last year's 4th sales exhibition saw participation from 121 companies, with approximately 66,000 visitors generating over 800 million won in sales.
