Semiconductor Youth Employment Promotion Incentive: Targeting the younger workforce, this incentive provides financial support to young individuals who secure full-time employment at semiconductor companies in Chungnam Province. Youths aged between 15 and 34 who are hired on or after March 21, 2025, and remain employed for a minimum of six months are eligible for an incentive of up to 3 million KRW.
