Jobplanet, a career platform, announced on the 28th that it has selected 11 of the best companies to work for through the '2025 Jobplanet Awards'. Jobplanet has improved its existing 'Best Companies to Work For' announcement method and newly introduced the 'Jobplanet Awards' this year to select reliable companies like the Michelin Guide.
In this awards, 11 companies, which account for the top 0.001% of 430,000 companies, were selected, and the selected companies are as follows:
Google Korea
Kia
Naver Cloud
Nexon Games
Viva Republica (Toss)
CosRX
Koad
Microsoft Korea
Korea Housing Finance Corporation
Korea Railroad Research Institute
ASML Korea
These companies represent various fields, including large corporations, small and medium-sized enterprises, foreign companies, and public corporations and institutions.
Jobplanet comprehensively considered not only review data from current and former employees, but also various internal and external evaluation indicators that reflect recruitment market trends as a company selection standard. In particular, it announced that it had gone through a fair evaluation process based on the keyword 'Solid Growth' selected by the HR and economic trend advisory group.
The 11 selected companies will be awarded the 'Planet Button', which can be found on the Jobplanet website and mobile, and will be given the right to use the emblem and a plaque so that they can be used for recruitment branding.
In addition, events for job seekers are also held. 30 participants will be selected by lottery and paid 10,000 won in Naver Pay points among those who select a company they want to work for on the Jobplanet Awards event page and visit more than three selected company pages.
A Jobplanet official said, "We want to provide job seekers with a reliable career guide through this awards," and said, "We will continue to discover excellent companies based on objective data and in-depth evaluation."
