Montevideo – In a move to foster cultural exchange and provide opportunities for young people, the governments of Uruguay and Portugal have signed an agreement to introduce a special work visa program for youth.

The Uruguayan Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed optimism that the program will broaden opportunities for young people to gain international experience and strengthen ties between the two countries.
