Samsung Electronics has officially launched the Galaxy S24 FE (Fan Edition) in South Korea. Positioned as a more affordable alternative to the flagship Galaxy S24 series, the FE model offers a premium experience at a competitive price.
Priced at ₩946,000, the Galaxy S24 FE comes equipped with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. It will be available for purchase through Samsung Stores, Samsung.com, major mobile carriers, and online marketplaces.
The device inherits many of the AI-powered features found in the flagship Galaxy S24 series. The AI-powered Pro Visual Engine enhances the camera system, delivering improved image quality across various shooting scenarios, including zoom and night photography. Additionally, the device offers advanced photo editing features such as generative editing and a portrait studio, powered by Galaxy AI Photo Assist.
Under the hood, the Galaxy S24 FE is powered by the Exynos 2400e chipset, which is twice as fast as its predecessor. Coupled with a 1.1x larger vapor chamber, the device provides a more stable gaming experience.
The latest Galaxy AI features are also fully supported, including Circle to Search for easy information retrieval, Translation for language learning and travel, and Note Assist for quickly organizing notes and study materials.
Available in four colors – Graphite, Gray, Blue, and Yellow – the Galaxy S24 FE offers a stylish and versatile design. It can be purchased through various channels, including Samsung Stores, Samsung.com, and major mobile carrier stores.
"The Galaxy S24 FE delivers a wide range of fun and new experiences for everyday life, thanks to its innovative Galaxy AI features, gaming capabilities, and photography enhancements," said a Samsung Electronics spokesperson. "We hope that with its competitive pricing and various purchase benefits, the Galaxy S24 FE will provide consumers with a smarter and more valuable everyday experience."
