This football tournament is hosted by the Ulsan Vietnam Football Community (Ulsan Vietnam Football Community), with teams formed by workers from various industrial sites within Ulsan. Primarily, workers in Ulsan's key industries such as shipbuilding, auto parts manufacturing, and chemical industries form the core, organizing teams by their respective workplaces or regions. The main matches, played by teams that have advanced through the group stages, truly create a crucible of fervent passion.

Though not professional athletes, their longing for their homeland and their fighting spirit for their teams create a performance comparable to professionals. Their quick footwork, accurate passes, and powerful shots are enough to elicit gasps from the spectators. The sweat and cheers of the players chasing the ball, and the sight of workers holding flags and cheering for their teams, resemble a grand festival. During this time, they forget the weariness of daily life and immerse themselves completely in the joy of football and community. In particular, singing cheering songs to Vietnamese traditional music or enthusiastically waving their national flags clearly demonstrates that this tournament is a venue for cultural exchange beyond mere sports.

Participants in the tournament unanimously stated that this football tournament was a valuable time to encourage and cooperate with each other, and to share their longing for their homeland. One participant remarked, "It's rare to have time like this in Korea, where I can gather with people from my hometown to play and cheer." They added, "Today was truly empowering and happy." Another participant added, "Playing the game relieved stress, and it was great to talk and laugh with my Vietnamese friends for a long time."
