Eligible participants include South Korean artists, architects, landscape architects, and designers who are either currently active or planning to be in their respective fields. Individual artists must have held at least one solo exhibition, while teams must include at least one member who has participated in more than three group exhibitions. A total prize money of 3,000,000 KRW will be awarded to the selected artist(s) or team. Furthermore, each winning entry will receive substantial support for the realization of their artistic vision, with a grant of up to 27,000,000 KRW allocated for the production and installation of the artwork along the Cheonggyecheon Stream.
