Samgeori Park, Heungtaryeong Museum, Yuryang Food Culture Street, Gakwonsa Temple, and Cheonhoji Lake Selected

Ahead of the Chuseok holiday, Cheonan City introduced five urban tourist attractions on the 23rd that families can easily and comfortably visit.

The recommended tourist destinations are downtown spots where returning visitors and citizens can enjoy walking, fine dining, and relaxation without any burden during the holiday period: Cheonan Samgeori Park, Cheonan Heungtaryeong Museum, Yuryang Food Culture Street, Gakwonsa Temple, and Cheonhoji Lake.

The newly renovated Cheonan Samgeori Park features wide green walking paths, and visitors can directly experience traditional hanbok (Korean traditional clothing) and folk culture at the adjacent Cheonan Heungtaryeong Museum.

Yuryang Food Culture Street is suitable as a family dining spot, and Gakwonsa Temple is a great place to take a rest amidst the serene temple scenery. Cheonhoji Lake is considered a popular walking spot as its waterfront trail is well-maintained.
