"Health Insurance Social Contribution Sky Band-Aid" sponsored goods delivery supports healthy parenting for multicultural families

The Bucheon Multicultural Family Support Center (Center Director Oh Wook-je) held a delivery ceremony for the "Health Insurance Social Contribution Sky Band-Aid" childcare supplies on September 9, in collaboration with the National Health Insurance Service (NHIS) Bucheon Bukbu Branch (Branch Manager Kim Hye-sook).

This delivery ceremony was organized to provide childcare supplies to multicultural families within the local community through the NHIS's social contribution project, "Health Insurance Social Contribution Sky Band-Aid." Accordingly, the NHIS Bucheon Bukbu Branch visited the Bucheon Multicultural Family Support Center in person to deliver the sponsored goods, sharing their commitment to community sharing and social contribution activities.

The donated items are scheduled to be distributed to multicultural families raising infants and toddlers under the age of 36 months. By providing necessary childcare supplies, it is expected to help ease the economic burden on households and foster a stable parenting environment.

Especially given that multicultural families can experience difficulties in the parenting process not only due to economic burdens but also because of differences in living environments and cultures, this sponsorship carries the meaningful message of jointly encouraging and supporting the childcare of multicultural families.

Oh Wook-je, Director of the Bucheon Multicultural Family Support Center, stated, "We are grateful to be able to provide essential childcare supplies to multicultural families through the warm interest and sharing of the local community. We hope these sponsored goods will slightly ease the economic burden of multicultural families raising children and help children grow up healthy and happy."

He added, "Going forward, we will continue to cooperate with local community related organizations, including the NHIS Bucheon Bukbu Branch, to strive to support the stable settlement and healthy family life of multicultural families."
