Active thunderstorm nuclei are persistently affecting several regions, making it impossible to rule out the possibility of localized, very severe weather phenomena.

Alerted Regions and Expected Weather Conditions 

The main areas affected by this alert are as follows:

Central Guairá Department: Heavy rain and thunderstorms are expected, along with localized strong winds and hail. This region is particularly active in agriculture, and crop damage is a concern.
Western Caaguazú Department: Similar to Guairá, heavy precipitation and strong gusts are anticipated. Drivers should exercise caution due to potentially reduced visibility.
Eastern and Southern Caazapá Department: With extensive forest areas, there is an increased risk of landslides. Preparations for rising river levels are necessary.
Southern Itapúa Department: Bordering Argentina, this region could see impacts on its agricultural and tourism industries. Visitors to attractions like the Maruní Falls should monitor weather conditions closely.

The DMH's long-term forecast indicates that rain accompanied by thunderstorms is expected to be confined to northern Paraguay by early Sunday (June 29) and gradually improve as the day progresses. However, the possibility of localized heavy rainfall remains, so vigilance should be maintained.

By early Monday (June 30), moderate southerly winds are expected, leading to a chilly morning. This is interpreted as the result of the low-pressure system moving gradually southward, bringing in colder air. Consequently, morning temperatures could drop significantly, so residents should pay special attention to maintaining body warmth and wear warm clothing when going outdoors.
