SEOUL, South Korea — The six-member K-pop girl group DreamNote is set to disband following the termination of their exclusive contracts, marking the end of their seven-year journey in the music industry. The group's agency, Idea Music Entertainment Korea (Idea Music), made the announcement on October 22, confirming that the contracts will officially conclude on November 7, 2025.

DreamNote, consisting of members Sumin, Eunjo, Lara, Boni, U.I, and Miso, debuted on November 7, 2018. Over the past six years, the all-Korean girl group has been known for delivering bright and positive energy through their music and performances, cultivating a devoted fanbase known as "Page." Their debut came with the single Dreamlike, followed by other tracks like "Hakuna Matata," "Wish," "Ghost," "Lemonade," and their last single, "Joyful Green," released in October of the previous year. Idea Music's official statement, posted on the group's social media, confirmed the collective decision, stating, "DreamNote and Idea Music have agreed to terminate the exclusive contract as of November 7, 2025, after sufficient discussion based on mutual trust and respect."
